Fees & Schedule

Gail’s classes are $20.00 and can be paid by:
1. e transfer to gail25@shaw.ca,
2. cash which is placed in a “money bag” at the back of the room, (exact change is preferred)
3. or a cheque made out to Gail Leslie.

Some folks like to pay ahead for classes & in that case I begin a card to mark off classes attended.

Small classes, experienced teachers (20 years), trained in yoga as well as yoga therapy. We focus on offering you a practice that is balancing, calming, nourishing and based on your abilities.

Also, please note I am able to bring my computer into the centre for folks who would rather take the class through Zoom for a sliding scale fee of $15.00 to $20.00.
